My best friend hasn't worked a full week in two months and just got laid off and my next door neighbor just had his power turned off and is living on a gas powered generator.
That constant humming is on my nerves but I understand and will say nothing as it may be ME next month.

This is not just some set of numbers, it is about real people. And what is this bunch in D.C doing. Knashing their teeth about a HCR Bill that doesn’t even take effect immediately. What a nightmare.
I sympathize with your neighbor but I don’t understand. If he can’t pay his power bill how can he afford to run a gasoline powered generator?
