Well, then it won’t work. The only thing to do if they really try to hide the monstrosity in a budget measure so they can use reconciliation is to raise points of order, deny unanimous consent to waive the reading of the bill, and make amendments (which I think *is* still allowed under reconciliation).
Our representation in DC has been stolen by graft and corruption perpetrated by Obama, Reid, and Pelosi and the rest of the RATs. We now live in a dictatorship with a Fuhrer in power.
Thus ends a republic. Cometh the fall. State or federal.
