Gerry Studds was caught doing the same thing,and he was welcomed back to congress to a standing ovation!

Not to put too fine a point on it, Studds was not harrassing a staffer, he and the other man had an on-going relationship, as testified by the guy, that's why Studds did not receive recrimination.

I should edit my earlier post, when I said Studds did not receive recrimination, this is not accurate, he was censured, I ought to have been more precise in saying he was not expelled. (Thanks, Bob Michel).
