“14.The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One million sex crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States .”

I think the untold truth is that many of these criminals have been arrested and are released back on the streets for the simple reason of its too costly to attempt to prosecute them in a foreign language. I fully believe they are being released on a daily basis for this reason. The illegal crime rate is being grossly underreported.

Not too long ago I personally witnessed your assertion. I sat in a court room with a family member who was being charged with a traffic violation. This Massachusetts Judge was a woman, and this woman sat on her bench and released illegal alien after illegal alien after illegal alien. I sat there and watched in disbelief. They all requested a translator. Driving with no license, insurance or registration? No problem; just pay a $50.00 fee and go on your way. No money? No problem, you have one year to pay the fine. The judge actually smiled at these people as she dealt with their cases one at a time, seemingly letting them know they are safe with her. And I will tell you that these people showed no fear whatsoever; they all knew they'd walk. And each and every one of them did walk.

Then two young men came in from the prisoner's dock, charged with breaking into a man's home and assaulting him with a knife, and possessing an illegal hand gun. Both men were illegal aliens who needed a translator. The judge let them go, no bail, no nothin', just go with a promise to come back at a future date for disposition of the charges. All day long I saw this. They came and they went, unpunished by this judge and unafraid to be there.

If nothing else, it puts a great strain on our legal system by having millions more people than we’ve allotted for in expenses.
