the Supreme Court defined Natural Born Citizens as CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS ARE U.S. CITIZENS there is no question to the meaning of Natural Born Citizens( both parents U.S. citizens) The progressives want it “reclarified” so that they can change it.
I was referring to the argument that it is not defined in the Constitution, I’m well aware of the definition can be found in other locations.
Dems/Libs like to interpret, so you have to nail down an exact definition when you get the opportunity. These resolutions would be a great time to do that. Make it a State definition, for election purposes, and let the SCOTUS fight it later. At least it would get the argument out in the open for debate.
