updated 9:49 a.m. PT, Wed., Feb. 24, 2010Adam Lambert will indeed be appearing on "The Tonight Show" on Tuesday along with the former governor of Alaska, conservative Sarah Palin. NBC confirmed the appearance Tuesday (2/23) after Lambert Tweeted last week that hed be on Lenos new stage.
There was speculation that there might be tension over whether the conservative politician and the very liberal Lambert were able to be in the same studio. According to sources directly involved with the booking, this was overblown.
"It had nothing to do with that Adam had some scheduling issues that needed to be worked out," said the source. "Until those conflicts on his end were worked out, it just couldnt be announced. Theres really no drama involved."
It helps to have "inside" information. :o)
I will continue posting this stuff here -- as I find it -- until I'm ready to edit into a FINAL version.

...Palin received enthusiastic applause from the audience (who seemed appreciative of everything she did) and showed off her poor boys teleprompter which is the writing on her hand.
