If it passes the Democrats are dead ducks come November and Obama has no power for the last 2 yeasrs. If it doesnt pass his power is already shot and the Democrat party is split.

Obama WANTS the RATS to lose Congress in November. His only remote shot at re-election is if he can create an enemy of the GOP Congress - like Clinton did.
Hopefully enough vulnerable RATS will recognize that Obama’s needs do not align with their own.
