If the GOP gets majorities in both Houses, why not exclude it from funding in the annual budget saying there is no money to cover it and let Obama veto the budget and effectively shutdown government?
That could work, but the problem is the law is still on the books, and eventually the Dems will regain control of the house, then when they do it is “Katy bar the door”
Obama-care needs to be completely obliterated.
