It's that he's not one of us. And whatever he is, his profile is fuzzy and devoid of content, like a cardboard cutout made from delaminated corrugated paper.

Great piece. I suspect Barry doesn't know who he is and has seized an identity from others.

He was half African and half Caucasian but spent his early years in Indonesia. After the failure of his mother's second marriage he washed up on the beach in Hawaii parentless, to be raised by grandparents. He attended a rich white kids' prep school and was off to the Ivy League. He could have adopted the world of Big Law, with it's wealth and liberal tilt in politics and law, but he didn't.

Instead, Barry found the shadowy world of "community organizing" (it's out there and it's real) and radical leftist politics, the world of ACORN, Ayers, Alinsky, Wright and Stern. Barry found what he thinks is his identity.

Then he found he could do something almost no one else has. If he wrote a personal narrative out of the half truths of his life, his mother's Midwestern roots, his alleged ability to bridge the racial gap, his Ivy league education and being a "law professor," he could pretend to be mainstream, establishment. Unlike his radical friends, he was electable.

The Presidency is quite a fishbowl. People are seeing through the phony narrative and are realizing this guy isn't like us, he's not like 95% of us.

Thanks for digging that up. I tried to find the original, but guurgle has become a really lousy, tampered with, leftist crap-house.

Unfortunately he is like too many young 'heads full of mush' being graduated out of the communist indoctrination camps we once called institutions of higher learning.

Obama will be set for life after he ruins this country. It won’t be a failed presidency unless we impeach his sorry ass...

He'll be speaking endlessly in front of seas of bad hats until long after I'm gone.

Why Woodrow Wilson?

It was that stupid No Child Left Behind Act, and the Medicare Part D, and the hubristic belief that he could bring Democracy to desert areas suffering under generations of internecine conflict.

Oh no ... that was George Bush.

My mistake.

There remains a core of citizens who see in Obama the fulfillment of their contempt for this nation. They think they would not be dismayed to see the economy collapse and blood run in the streets. That they are dismally wrong and will be the first victims of their own hatred is not conceivable to them.
In the words of the great prophet, Pogo, “We have met the enemy and he is us.”

Woodwow Wilson?
Barack Obama is on track to have the most spectacularly failed leader since King George.

He wasn’t a liberal.

I think Barry is way to the left of most mushy-headed American liberals. They haven't given up on him yet as most independents have, but it's hard to admit you were fooled, which is how he still is polling in the 40’s.

Yup... one thing though, shortly after he was elected about 50% of the autos on Los Angeles freeways sported an Obama sticker of some kind. But now, cars so marked are becoming fewer and fewer every day! ~LOL~

Now THAT is 'progress' in my view.
