Especially interesting when added to a recent report in which the Pentagon says they hasve no responsibility to protect civil infrastructure from a cyber attack, and the knowledge that Latvian and Georgian infrastructure was disabled by Russian military hackers. But no worry - it was only power, communications, command and control.....
