These were given to FOREIGN STUDENTS and would not have been given to a US Citizen! The one he currently uses was issued to a Connecticut man born in 1890! Now why won't the Supreme Court look into the MISUSE of a STOLEN Social Security Card by someone claiming to be a US Citizen and claiming he's eligible to be POTUS?
