I didn’t vote for John McCain, we’ve covered that. I am not going to apologize for my non-vote, it was my right but your reasoning suggests that the “elite” and the press equal millions and millions of people. They ALL voted for McCain? Come on, the voters must share some of the blame.

In what sense do I suggest that they are “equal?” There is no theoretical upper limit on the number of people who can be misled by sophistry.
