There will be allot of folks that’ll just disregard and or marginalize this whole birth certificate thing.

I for one have a difficult time believing he is not a NBC, however if it is found that he was indeed a citizen of another country, this will prove to be the biggest constitutional crisis in our history.

It will also become the largest criminal conspiracy perpetrated upon the American public.

The fact is Obama is a British Subject, and he is not a natural born citizen. It states on his own FighttheSmears website,"When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom's dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr's children." So he admits that his citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948, which is British Law. This is an admission that he was subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation, the moment he was born.

The 14th Amendment states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." In the US Supreme Court case Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U.S. 94 (1884), the Court held the meaning of "subject to the jurisdiction" was "not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction, and owing them direct and immediate allegiance." Also Sen. John Bingham, the man recognized as being the father of the Amendment, had this to say on the subject of the jurisdiction clause: "Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen." So it is clear that a natural born citizen would not be subject to the jurisdiction of a foreign nation, or it's laws, because being the offspring of two US citizens, and being born on US soil, he would be by both soil and blood only subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
We all know that Obama's father was not a US citizen, but he was a British subject, and because of that Barack Obama was also subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, the moment he was born. So, it really doesn't matter where he was born, he was still a British Subject, because his father was a British Subject, and he has admitted this on his own website-the best place to hide something is right in the open where everyone can see it.
