I agree with every thing you said except, “hawaii issued the COLB for Obama upon request”. That was what I am asking, What proof exists that Obama received the COLB from the State of Hawaii and not another source? To my knowledge the State of Hawaii have never said that it was issued by them, to Obama.

I wish i could remember where, but I recall reading that there were no requests to Hawaii to issue that COLB
