If Bush starts criticizing Obama like Carter, or Clinton, criticized Bush the issue becomes
all about Bush. Bush isn't the leader of the party anymore, Bush isn't running for President, Bush isn't hoping for a Nobel Prize, Bush doesn't want a position at the U.N.
