Incidentally, "Catholics" (cough) "United", a group of Left wing activists recruited from the Catholics for Obama Campaign, seem worried, interestingly enough,that the USCCB may frontally oppose the Health Care Takeover, at last.
A consummation devoutly to be desired.
And interestngly, they've set up a system to e-mail all the U.S. Catholic Bishops with a Health Care message. The cool thing is, you can type in your own message, and thus use CU's system to urge the Bishops to expose the abortion funding and oppose the Bill.

Too many unborn lives are at stake. Please lend the conference’s full energies to stop the health care reform bill being considered in the reconciliation.
Insist that any health care reforms halt abortion by choice.”

One wonders why Ms. Pelosi has not been excommunicated?
There was an AP story that 10 reps said they will vote for Obamacare, who originally voted no. Keep calling your politicians as well as contacting the bishops.
It is important for the Bishops to hold a press conference and PUBLICALLY set the record straight.
