The political generals and political appointees from the last three administrations and the Obama administration are to blame. The leadership in the military knows how to fight, but many at the top are moral cowards, liberals, or place career over principle. The armed forces are in the process of being destroyed by the left, and this is just one development that reflects what is happening.

The military is one of the most PC organizations in existence and will not go against the pro-homo agenda of O. Also, I'm not so sure that they do know how to fight any more, look at all the PC rule of engagement that they have. The only reason that we are winning is that we have a huge advantage in technology and material. Just imagine what would happen if the Russians returned the favor that we did to them in Afghanistan and started sending anti-aircraft missiles and anti-tank missiles to the Taliban. You'd see things go south there very quickly.
