There are many in the press today caricaturing me as a "conspiracy theorist" simply because I, like millions of other Americans, insist on actually seeing proof of Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility.
I've never alleged a conspiracy. Obama was given a free pass by an opponent who had his own eligibility issues. Not much of a conspiracy necessary – especially with Obama accountable only to a fawning press and scared-of-their-shadows Republicans.
But "conspiracy theorist" is an easy epithet to hurl.
One good question to ask, the next time you hear someone call me that name, is this: "Who is Joseph Farah conspiring with?"

Obama's mama was so American she married two foreign nationals and moved out of the country to live with one of them. Would be interesting if she legally retained her U.S. citizenship during this time. About the only way her son was a natural born "American" is if her marriage to his alleged father was invalidated by the father's apparent act of bigamy.
The government of the state of Hawaii has the same credibility as the Obama White House at this point.

I’m still waiting for any of you to refute evidence that Oboy is still a British citizen since he was born to a British father and that there is NO record/document of Oboy rescinding/relenquishing that british citizenship. Read the British constitutional documents......as far as I can tell - there is nothing that ‘undoes’ that British citizenship. Show me.
Of all the documents you’d think he would want the world to see - it would be this one.

What do you do if he never rescinds/relenquishes his British citizenship? Have you seen the document replacing his British citizenship with a US citizenship?
As far as I can tell - nothing removes his Bristish citizenship automatically. I’m all ears.

Remember that Roberts had to give the oath twice since he fumbled the first time and they wanted to make sure there was no constitutional problem.
Team Obama, with unlimited funds behind it, has invested in a strategy to conflate two very simple English words: "Native," and "Natural."
That's because it is possible, but unproven, to make the claim that Obama is an Hawaiian Native. (Make that "Native of Hawaii!") It is impossible, and therefore unproveable, to claim that he is a "Natural Born Citizen."
Therefore, their whole strategy rests on the premise that a "Native Born Citizen" is just as good as a "Natural Born Citizen," which of course, is absolutely true, with one Constitutional exception. The exception being the ability to run for, and serve as POTUS.
The theory, which Team Obama probably had hoped to test in a SCOTUS of their own appointees, is that it is a Civil Right of every citizen, regardless of how that citizenship was obtained, to run for the office of, and serve as POTUS.
Bottom Line: Team Obama and their supporters feel that an "anchor baby" born to two illegal aliens should be eligible to run for and serve as POTUS, and that a naturalized citizen (e.g., Schwarznegger) should have that same Civil Right, because all citizens should be absolutely equal in every way.
The Founders held the view that the "Natural Born Citizen" issue is not a matter of Civil Rights, but of National Security.
Team Obama's massive investment seems to be rather successful so far, to judge from the confusion, real or otherwise, on our site.
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
Nowhere in there is Kerry claiming that he’s a “citizen of the world”.
It begins to look like obama is the sacrificial, one-term guy and hillary will show up to "clean up his mess". I just hope and pray that "sacrifical" is only a metaphor.
God help us all if anything happens to obumbum before the elections. (it would be the democrats doing the wet work, by the way)
And another point as well. By "native born", the Obamabots mean "anchor babies". Though we now unfortunately recognize them as "citizens" through a misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment, Justice Waite in Minor versus Happersett called their citizenship into question.
If you believe the rest of the world should be able to determine US policy then that makes you a citizen of the world.
And doing so deliberately.
And how many can't understand this point! Some of them Freepers. And they ignore the contempt that native Hawaiians have for the mainland. Obama, while in Hawaii, was raised in that atmosphere. Relatives in Kenya. Lived in Indonesia. Best friend from Pakistan. This man has no ties to America. Mom and apple pie is something contemptible to him.
