A report that the state of Texas forwarded the DNA from hundreds of newborn babies to a military database without parental permission or knowledge raises some very alarming questions about what was done and why, according to a national expert in DNA privacy.
Just another crazy idea that started in the UK and has migrated to America.
Just one more example of a Perry administration “conservative idea.” Let’s see, Trans TX Corridor, forced vaccinations for STDs in children, unlawful seizure of children,... The hits just keep piling up.
