If they have a strategy, I don't know what it is. They come away from this appearing to be incompetent and confused.

You know, if I was a progressive lib I would be livid at the clueless incompetence of this crew. They WANT to pass it to show something to their base, but in fact this turkey is very unpopular for very good reasons, and #1 reason is: WE CANNOT AFFORD IT. A trillion more dollars we cannot afford.
They will wait to see who is going to lose their seat and convince them a yes vote won’t hurt them any way
