In the Bible the Prophets, Jesus and the Saints were ridiculed and mocked at one point or another. Too many street preachers today too often loose control when they take a simple question as mockery. I have to admit it turns off people.

I don't mock religious people but when I see they are wrong, out of context or if what they are saying isn't Biblical I question them on it...Once you are familiar with the Bible challenge them on it. If the person tells you that you are going to burn in Hell they pretty much lost the argument.

My recommendation is find a Bible Teacher or a Church you agree with and learn from them.
