It’s not possible for Vt to kill the use of firearms in their state. Vt’s entire law would have to be rewritten as 180º from what it is now.
For one, they have reciprocity with most of the rest of the States. If that wasn’t rewritten, banning lead would be futile.
Two, no one in VT is required to have firearms licenses. They would have to register everyone.
It’s not possible. Not in our lifetime.
