That’s kind of what I thought, too, but the gist of what I got from that guy is that the Salta quake is just along a fault line that’s well on the South American plate. I don’t know the seismology, so I just present it as the “expert” says it.

Geo dudes really hate to attribute a quake as consequence to another quake, not sure why but it's common. Fox went on to say today that this was an aftershock...now that may be what the guy is debating?
To me(layperson)the effects are obvious...lol
