McCain does realize this a Republican primary doesn’t he?
I mean he admits publicly that he was too stupid to understand TARP, and thinks his constituents are too stupid to understand Vitamin C, and now he’s going after JD on illegal immigration?
He should invite at least one conservative to his DC cocktail parties every once in a while to find out what’s on their mind.

Boy, the campaign commercials just write themselves don't they? I can see it now:
"John McCain votes for TARP, but now he says he didn't understand it. He introduced a bill in the senate that would make vitamins and herbs subject to the FDA and when called on it, said the NFL and professional athletes made him do it! And he has gone after JD Hayworth for fighting illegal immigration at a time when there is 10% unemployment and Arizona cities and towns are laying off police and firemen because of lack of tax money. HA! John has been in Washington way too long, he doesn't even know what the Arizona taxpayers need or want!"
