That sounds great - but keep the costs low: there’s a Dairy Queen, What-a-burger, Sonic or the equivalent in every town. (I know, What-a-burger’s mostly Texas.)
Re: your idea of keeping prices low and choosing a BurgerKing, etc. as the venue...Keep in mind that most fast food franchises would not allow this sort of meeting. They want their tables to keep turning over. That’s how they make their profit. The organizer needs to find a friendly restaurant with a “meeting room” and reasonable prices.
Otherwise, it is a stupendous idea.
