If you are fighting for GWB, you are fighting for a globalist, post-nationalist liberal who thinks “nativist” is an insult.

However, there are many people who think otherwise. I believe they are mistaken -- but they don't see open borders and national defense as related.

He earns credit for that.

I’m sure you mean well, but when you defend and excuse a liberal like Bush, you become part of the problem. The general anti-Establishment attitude in the country began under the Bush Administration - with his amnesty plan, stimulus packages, and TARP.
Until you realize that, you are nothing but a supporter of socialism - as long as it comes from your party. For all that you rail against younger people, is it THEY who will be forced to pay for the debt Bush ran up. You should feel guilty, but you don’t.

That isn’t quite true - provided you ignore the usual “no connection to terrorism” lie and the HQ of the enemy is still our “staunch ally” - Saudi Arabia.
