Surge of mud and water into the river near Hilo has reversed, now rushing back out into the bay. Reporter ways bay appears to be shallower than before. No destructive waves seen.
What’s the link you’re watching? The local Hilo folks aren’t saying anything like that.
That would be the sign that it won’t be long from what I have read....
