Oh, please.

That is a ridiculous insinuation.

The Bushes, like Reagan, but unlike Clinton and Obama, have a high respect for the office of President. W is staying out of the spotlight, as his father did during the Clinton years, because it’s the right thing to do.

It is respectful and proper for the predecessor to stay out of the way and give the new guy a chance to do his job, no matter, in the current case, how badly.

And it is totally proper for others of the opposition (i.e. Cheney) to voice their opinions loud and clear.

(It is also proper for the new guy to take on the office and quit blaming his predecessor, but that’s another discussion.)

Class is class, regardless of how those around you are acting.

George W. Bush has acted with grace since he left office, and I admire him for it.

I agree. You may not like GWB politics, and there is plenty not to like, but he is a good man. He made some mistakes, but he is not the dolt they portray him to be. The way he was treated by the media and the Democrats was criminal and a travesty for the country.

But the Progressive movement is all about power and winning, there is nothing they will not do to achieve their ends. This will be our ultimate downfall. But it is out there for all to see, just read Genesis.
