What on earth makes you think they’ll just -or even at all - use this against Islamic terrorists? The law doesn’t limit itself to “Islamic terrorists”.

I guess he was just paranoid too. We should all trust the government. They are here to help us, right?
Protecting this country from foreign and domestic threats is among the mandated responsibilities of government. I will not chastize them for doing the job we Constitutionally mandated that they do.
If they overstep or twist the law to political ends, they’ll hear from me. Until then — I supported the bill under the Bush Administration, and I support it now.
