It’s my understanding that some protestant denominations believe the Real Presence is a temporary conditon after the blessing?

I was raised Southern Baptist and it's purely commemorative to them, i.e., never anything but bread.

I’m talking about anglicans, orthodox, lutheran.
I’m not sure about methodist?

There are other denominations that are similar in their approach, but they do not believe the Presence remains.
