Exposition of Obama as an ineligible holder of the office will NOT automatically result in his removal. No matter what happens in court, or courts, he can only be removed by Impeachment in the House, and Conviction in the Senate. Yes, a hue and cry among the citizens will be helpful, but no Congress is going to throw out any President, legal or illegal, with only months to go in his administration. That's probably all that will be left by the time this makes its way through the proper courts, with Team Obama, Holder, and the rest of the Affirmative Action goon squad at the Federal District Court in DC, the only Constitutional venue for the case, exhausting their delaying tactics.
If, along the way, the courts define once and for all "Natural Born Citizenship," and also find him ineligible, no precedent will have been set. Of course, they might also define NBC in such a way that he IS eligible. Face it, by then he'll probably have Hugo Chavez or equivalent on the SCOTUS!
However, do look for Team Obama to point to Chester A. Arthur's case as a precedent for Obama. btw, It has recently been shown that old Chet lied!
Also BTW, Kreep had better hit his books again. The POTUS is pretty much immune to civil and criminal actions while in office.
As endlessly fascinating as all of this swirling controversy may be, IMHO, it is a calculated distraction on Team Obama's part. Wouldn't we be much better off in figuring out what the hell is supposed to happen when the Republicans return power in DC? I see no overall recovery plan, no leader, and pretty much no clue among the GOP. All I see are RINOs harrumphing about how "Conservative" they are, while scheming to get back to business as usual with their pals across the aisle.
Sorry but the election is around the corner and we have not figured out how to save the country while working around the Kommie from Kenya. That's got to be Job 1.
