It looks to me like Joe Biden is about to go to sleep. I also saw Pelosi grimace when Obama made the crack about “a room full of elected officials” when referring to the length of time people are speaking, she was not happy to hear that, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
