Charles Krauthammer said last week that Republicans should let Paul Ryan talk the whole time. LOL. Krauthammer said nobody knows the budget better than Paul Ryan.
I think that’s why they picked him as the closer. It does appear the Republicans had a plan going into this, and carried it off well.
