I just looked over the DUmp to see what the DUmmies take on this summit is, and it looks like the one thing we can agree on is both sides think Max Bachus was drunk.
Well, even though that's not how Baucus spells his name, it is appropriate, since the Greek god of wine and intoxication, was known to Romans as Bacchus. ;-)
