yes, some UAW-types in my extended family express shock and outrage at the $20 copays in my plan

Wow. They'd pass out completely if they knew about the $40 copay in my plan!

I'm not really complaining... I'll take my plan ANY DAY over any goverment-run health insurance plan...

I have a $50 co-pay and then the doc has to go through a bunch of insurance paperwork (and the bureaucracy costs me in premiums) to get another $1-10. I would rather pay the doc $60 and have lower insurance rates to cover the big stuff.
