Every time the Dems tell one of their health sob stories, the Republicans need to counter with examples of insurance doing good things. Just tell how many surgeries are performed every day and how many people are healed. Tell how many of those bills are paid by insurance companies.
Perhaps the GOP should remind the RATS that the heart device that recently saved Bill Clinton's life was invented by the private sector and not the federal government.
And that a prominent Canadian official has elected to have heart surgery in Miami rather than in Canada. Perhaps that has something to do with the quality of the care.
