Ironically, he doesn’t have a clue that he’s looking like a rude jerk. Overexposed jerk at that.

He is speaking as a dictator, not person from executive branch which is balanced by two other branches of government.
I had to turn it off earlier but Obama looked at the part of a rude person. His body language, leaning back in the chair, uncomfortable, facial expressions, and fingers on his face told me he was pissed off and refuses to listen to anyone.
