Not one who sees the tragedy for what it is
If you lost the spouse you loved, how would you see the tragedy? You’d be pissed and wanting someone to pay. The coward is dead so she wants the coward’s family to pay. And you don’t know what kind of Christian this woman is.
I know that what I experienced here was the power of Christ in all His glory.
I would not seek to visit the sins of one on another.

He committed suicide in the commission of a crime, so an insurance payout can be ruled out, for the woman being sued.
The plaintiff, however, is very likely to receive a generous payout from the IRS, since her husband was killed while on the job.
Going after the widow of the killer, who has lost her husband and her home, is not going to help anyone. It perpetuates and magnifies the wrong. Leave her be, she’s suffering enough already, and had no hand in this.
