That's pretty short sighted, inefficient, and self defeating.
The Washington Speakers Bureau is not a Sarah Palin's press agent. They just book and organize her speaking engagements. They don't answer political questions about her policies, about 0bama, about 0bamacare, or about anything else.
If Sarah Palin is serous about influencing debate on current issues, and influencing the 2010 elections, she'd better get herself a press secretary very quick. It's the first item on the agenda. And it's not just for the mainstream media either. It's for conservative blogs, talk radio, and every kind of media that need to talk to her about any issues.

Her speaking fees are her personal income. As for her PAC expenses, you can see the detail of her 2H 2009 disbursements here. Candidate contributions, travel, consulting & legal fees, mostly.
