Heh, maybe it’s just that us old white guys have been around longer. Maybe it’s time for those younger and more enterprising to take charge. I’m all for it myself - tired of fighting the same old fight.

At first I was insulted by the way the media described the Tea Party Movement, but then I started to see it as an advantage. They are underestimating there opposition which can only make it easier for us to throw the bums out. In a way we are an invisible force walking among them.

Ha... have long given up on the MSM’s portraying of the Tea Party... Let’s just say that they are a bit left of America and they know not what they do... Yes, they have been and are unaware of what is going on - just don’t give them any hints...heh.

Amen. I’m ready to volunteer all my free time to our next election. I may even run someday.

Most of those lamenting the assertion that the Tea Parties are a "bunch of old white guys", are usually young, white guys.
I guess their daily talking points from teh KOZ and DU doesn't contain any photos...and that they've never actually been to a Tea Party rally.
Now, I think I see a lot of young guys in that photo, and lots of women too...way too many for me to count. This is just one photo, from one angle, and it's already made the author of this piece, a liar.
Oh...hey, hey...look, look...there's even women there, too....
Looking through these crowds I see a bunch of kids, too. That sort of punches a hole in the libmedia's contention that tea partiers are violent...we wouldn't bring our kids if there was any danger.
But dem/progressive always cover up their lack of substance by playing the "race card"...even the white guys, like they will be somehow "spared" if we ever had a race war...yeah...right.
But, those idiots trying to brand us into their mold can just continue to hide in buildings behind their computers and typewriters and write about what they "think" is going on out in the world.
They can join the "whitebread" coilition with Cris Matthews and play the racecard against other white people all they want...but they have to remember an old adage...what goes around, comes around.

They can call me anything they want until 11/4. After that it better be “Sir”.

We are waiting for the petition gathering time in June - both hubbie & I will work to get on the ballot for republican committee members. There’s a big push here in WNY to change the face of those who do the interviewing for the names on the ballots. THEN we can really think about change.

As a middle eastern woman I chuckle every time the radical socialist agitator morons mention white men’s club!

Ah yes, it has to do with political correctness - they (MSM) just can’t seem to get their minds around common beliefs which have nothing to do with group think..heh. That’s okay, they will just have to learn the hard way...

"When I watched the press coverage that evening, I saw the event through the media's prism: a bunch of white guys reaffirming what some dead white guys said." This is the exact reason that I could not care less what the ignorant media thinks about anything.
It's a shame and disgrace that people born and raised in this country could have so little knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of what those "dead white guys", and others through the years, bequeathed to them.

Ah, but I have high hopes these days...not to be taken lightly. In the past, I would have given up because of the MSM.... Today, the sky is really the limit (or maybe upper atmosphere - heh)...

People of any race, creed and color are more than welcome to Tea Party events as long as they are in favor of freedom and liberty....is that off putting?
