I'm certain the author doesn't know what a guffaw is

It looks to me like either:

--- The poster (juliee) changed the title and the excerpt to convey something the article didn't say, or

--- The article was changed after the excerpt was posted and the original author was an idiot.

I presume the author of the article used the term “guffaw”, and the site modified it later. It could also be that the site used the title given here earlier, maybe because whoever wrote the headline knew what Guffaw meant but had no idea what the story was really about.

I guess it’s possible someone changed the title AND the excerpt, but while I’ve seen people change titles before, I’ve never actually seen a freeper lie about an excerpt, while i HAVE seen quoted articles get fixed by the authoring site.
