Here in town, there was a 12 yr old girl that had the same thing happen to her....just walking down the street when some 'spanish speakers' grabbed her off the street, took her to a house, raped her and then let her go....like it was no big deal!

I have a couple of LEO clients and I asked about this particular girl and they told me they believe there are many more young girls getting raped (especially the 'spanish speaking' girls) but they go unreported....and the perps know it will go unreported in their 'community' so they keep doing it....

Apparently, in other countries, (specifically ones to our south) it’s very difficult for the males to tell how old girls/women are and they don’t like asking.

Must be a cultural thing.
