My Mom, who is a healthcare worker, was told by her doctor to not take the H1N1 vaccine due to past incidences. Her employer made it MANDITORY to take this vaccine.
She came down with the flu within 24 hours.
Her employer cannot legally force an employee to have something injected into their body. Not sure what all the situation is, but she did not have to do this and should have stood her ground. The employer would have had to back down. Do you think that this same employer would have the gall to require MUSLIM employees to take a swine (pig) flu vaccine? If they even thought about such a thing, CAIR would have turned that into a propaganda hysteria of discrimination against muzzzlims.
