That is true. It has been documented and study scientifically.

Quite correct. The scientific establishment recently found out that a woman’s brain chemistry is much more affected by the smell of a man’s sweat than a man by a woman’s sweat.

Problem #1: Women in close quarters on a sub which stays deployed for months at a time. Mass pregnancies are the best outcome.
Problem #2: Pregnant women in close quarters to a nuclear reactor.
It occurs to me that this is so manifestly stupid that anybody can see the problems here and by pursuing this, it will kill any attempt to repeal DADT.
They always go too far.
Looks like we will have to find out the hard way how bad of a decision this truly is. Let’s see how many bubbleheads have to die over this before some one wakes up and smells the hot coffee.

I don’t remember getting much sleep when women WEREN’T on the boats. When little Suzy can’t make an underway because she’s preggers, I would imagine the boys left are going to get a whole lot less.

Probably nothing we can repeat here. This is one heck of a bad idea.

On a serious note, here is additional specific information:
Besides the incoming officers from the academy, the first women submariners will include female supply corps officers at the department head level, Roughead said. The change will be phased in over time to include enlisted female sailors on the SSBN and SSGNs, he said. Women will be added to the Navy's SSN fast-attack submarines after necessary modifications can be determined, he said.
