Hahaha well my track record isn’t perfect, but I just don’t see how Democrats are not going to wind up looking at 1994 with fondness after Nov 2010. Short of a massive shift in the political landscape, they are going to be routed.
Lets face it, they have been pasted in 3 out of 3 special elections, when the republican offerings have been anything but stellar candidates. The “recovery” is non existant, and while 1 in 5 people is unemployed or underemployed DC is still trying to shove socialized medicine down their throats. The spitshine is off the turd that is Fauxbama, and democrats are facing a Tsunami come Nov.
Right now, I also believe odds are at least 50/50 if not better Fauxbama will face impeachment in 2011, and that the impeachment will be instantiated and pushed by Democrats desperate to save their party from the disasterous course Pelosi, Reid and Fauxbama have put it on.
He’s rapidly becoming a man without a country, he keeps pushing doubling down on the very things that are causing democrats to lose support, there are democrats who aren’t going to let their entire party fall on the sword for this yokel.
I agree that Brown and Christie might not have been stellar candidates, but McDonnell is the real deal.
Wasn’t Christie a pretty good candidate in Jersey? He seems to be talking pretty tough about cutting gubmint up there.
I like your optimism, but doesn’t Nilbama still have the media? I want him and the leftofascists to get hammered mightily in November, but I worry that the Pubs will somehow put the ball in their own net.
Forgive my warped perspective, I live in Malibu, where the kool-aid continues to flow...
