You are entirely wrong, John Bingham himself wrote that the 14th did not confer NBC status, that NBC required two parents who are citizens.

But he didn't get the language into the Amendment! So, now it's at the mercy of case law.

Or at the mercy of the Sheeple's judgement. Which is the real problem here.
