John Bingham himself wrote that the 14th did not confer NBC status, that NBC required two parents who are citizens.

But he didn't get the language into the Amendment! So, now it's at the mercy of case law.

I was in Walgreens and this old woman starts talking my ear off in the shampoo aisle and she is going on and on about how horrible Obama is and she says: and you know he isn't even a citizen!.. I had to laugh since I didn't know this woman from Adam.. but she isn't alone in these parts.

That is what is deadly. Word of mouth. Public opinion. The left and McCain want to put a Republican and Tea Party face on it. Anyone who allows themselves to be used is not working in their own interest nor hurting Obama or Democrats. Everyone knows the issue. Everyone knows about Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright too. Best to let all these things fester in the public mind. Put a face on it and it because "Well I don't like him or Republicans so much so it must not be true". Nothing is harder to fight than a general public sentiment. Saul Alinsky knew this. That is why he told his disciples to put a face on every issue and polarize the public.

The way I look at, if you can't get them to vote the right way for the right reasons, then hope they vote the right way for the wrong reasons! (But don't embarrass yourself by getting caught encouraging them vote for the wrong reasons, right, JD?)

You are seeking a magic bullet to remove Zero. It doesn't exist. Even if you totally convinced the Court, they would leave the removal to Congress (Nancy and Harry are on the case!), as the Constitution requires.

Birtherism is a waste of resources better employed convincing the sheeple they made a serious mistake, to be corrected through the normal electoral process in 2010 and 2012.

I’m a little curious on the subject myself - there seems to be too much info blocked for him not to be hiding something - but at the same time, what do you think will happen if he’s found to be ineligible?
