A mind may be a terrible thing to waste, but if you waste 15 million of them, apparently you get Texas.
That was Keith Olbermann tonight, doing his best to collectively piss off the biggest state in the contiguous U.S. after a recent poll showed that 60 percent of those polled in the cowboy state believe that humans and dinosaurs existed at the same time, or werent sure.
Were not really sure what Olbermanns goal here is except to rile up a bunch of people he even admits that he wishes there was a political association he could pin this on, but then goes on to spout numbers of Democrats versus Republicans who go to church.
Which is a little misleading
theres no data saying that everyone who answered stupidly (i.e. not believing in evolution, or unsure) had strong religious beliefs one way or another.

Uh...oh.
I’ll wager the candy a$$ punk wouldn’t trash Texas to a Texan’s face. He wouldn’t have a face.
Don’t Mess with Texas!
Coming from a man who probably NEVER leaves NYC. Folks.....the guy doesn’t even DRIVE!!!!!
“Doesn’t drive because of a loss of depth perception caused by a head injury. In 1980, he hit his head on the top of a subway door while running into the waiting car.”

I have to agree with him...we’re about to re-elect Perry a SECOND TIME, after he made it more than clear that he intends to sell off control of our highways to private companies for tolling (in some cases, foreign-owned companies). He even attempted to put toll booths on some of our existing freeways.
Now, since he faced at least a bit of a challenge, disowns his past. Did I mention per-mile tolling (via transponders and GPS)?
Anyway, Keith wins on this one, in my book.
i used to laugh at texan “skiers” while i lived in colorado (they had NO skills), but i sure as h@ll, wouldn’t tell them that at the lodge. ;)
I bet he’s pissed off over that Houston Tea Party video. I’ll try to find it.
Head injury. That explains a lot.
My oh my. He’s so brilliant, so educated, such a genius.
How does he stand himself?
/S/
IMHO
Blame the liberal education system...that’s who.
Every day that mistake for a piece of humanity does his uttermost best to berate, belittle, condemn and pi$$ off anyone that disagrees with him.
That “splains” a lot.
Well it is a little too hot down here in the summers to grow Eggplants that resemble the shape of OlberDork.
For that we will allow him the little rant of jealousy.
Oh yeh... Texas women are way beyond his league to go for the bespectacled geek in the box.
As a matter of fact. Keith, we don’t know how far back Humans go, nor how close in time to ours the dinosaurs were. Depends, anyway, on what you call a dinosaur: some people think the birds belong to that group.
Just so you will know: If God had intended for Texans to ski, He would have made bull shite white and cold!
I’d love for him to try! I’m sure many Texas freepers here would be pleased to oblige the punk, including me...
