As I said on another thread here over the weekend, Glenn Beck has jumped the shark. And I say that with no joy.
This is not true. He specifically said he took the CFL’s out of his house because they are not bright enough.
The logical progression of Beck’s career goes something like this:

The flack is heaviest when you're over the target. And Beck was right over the target in his CPAC speech. The reaction from the repubLICKan elites on this forum is identical to the kind of reaction that we get from the left whenever we expose their transgressions.
If I were to enter a room tomorrow and the Republican party elites were on one side of the room (presumably the left, given their tendencies over the last few years) and Glenn Beck were on the other, I would most certainly walk towards Beck. He and I have much more in common.
Jumped the shark? You've got to be out of your mind. Beck got standing ovations during his speech, and he was right on the money. The party is broken, and it isn't showing any signs of recognizing its own ills. Until the party leadership gets it's "collective" head out of its a$$, it will not again embrace conservatism, the constitution, or a small, unobtrusive government.
I heard what he said, he was not espousing Global Warming at all...
If true, he is contradicting what he said in his book.
