I’m starting to think that this guy is TRULY incompetent, and not so much evil.

Oh, he represents a lot of evil things, truly he does. He also happens to be inexperienced and incompetent.

We can all be thankful for that.

I think he’s filled with hate and that makes him evil.

He’s also arrogant and incompetent. He’s not used to making decisions.
